Typhoon Lando is now Entering the Philippines
The typhoon with international name “Koppu” has now entered the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) at around two in the afternoon, the local name for the typhoon when it entered the Philippines is “Lando“. The center of the storm was determined and is located at 1,440 east of Luzon.
The typhoon has the force of winds reaching 65 kilometers per hour and gusts of wind of up to 80 per hour.
PAGASA predicted that if the typoon does not landfall, the eye of the storm will approach on the Northern Luzon Area on Sunday.
By now, the PAGASA prepared the residents in Luzon region since the storm will slowly showing some signs beginning Friday.
