Delfin Lee listed as most wanted in PNP
Manila Philippines– Delfin Lee is still on the list of the most wanted fugitive in the Philippine National Police (PNP) and Globe Asiatique Realty Holdings Corp., despite the fact that the Court Of Appeals already dismissed his case.
This is because until now the agency still haven’t received any “official transmittal” which was released about the decision of the Court of Appeals.
In the statement yesterday, November 29 2013, Vice President and also the chairman of Pag-IBIG Jejomar Binay said that the appellate court has reversed the decision of the Judge Eugene Paras of Regional Trial Court (RTC) Makati Branch 58 which before the court decision was in favor of Delfin Lee.
Lee was charged with syndicated estafa after using false documents and “ghost borrowers” to extract a P7 billion loans to Pag-IBIG Fund, for housing projects in Pampanga.
